The Space
  • The Kitchen is fully equipped with all one needs and the living/dining area is ideal and comfortable for both entertaining as well as relaxing all together after a long day.

  • Each bedroom has its own bathroom 

  • A/c's are in all rooms excluding the 3rd bedroom (with single beds) which has a fan if necessary as it is never exposed to the sun during the day.

  • Main bathroom has a washing machine as well as a dryer

It’s very easy to move round Sliema/St.julians along the promenade which takes around 20 minutes on foot or you can use the frequent Public transport can take you directly to almost any other destination outside the zone.

Terms and Conditions
  • The price covers electricity and water consumption up to €5 daily, but depending on the amount of units consumed by the number of people using the apartment. Should it exceed only the difference is to be paid, but it hardly ever comes to that unless the electric appliances and water are left running for over exaggerated amount of time. So both readings shall be read together with the tenant upon arrival and when checking out.

  • No smoking

  • Not suitable for pets

  • No parties or events

  • Not suitable for children (0-5 years)

  • This is a residential block and no undue noise or any means of disturbing the neighbours is accepted.

  • DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or any other materials other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged with damage fees of up to two hundred euros (EUR200). 

  • Cancelations: up to 7 days before your trip and get a 30% refund.

  • Check in - Check-in times are quite strict, after 12PM (noon) due to preparation time after previous tenants vacate. Check in after 18:00 PM is also accepted in some cases provided that taxi arrangements have been made by yourself or us. Past 22:00 PM  there will be a 40euro fee payable upon arrival. 

  • Maximum Occupancy - the maximum number of guests is strictly limited to the number people booked. Guests
    NO other guests are allowed to stay in the property at ANY time. If additional, non-paying guests are found to be staying or utilising the facilities you will be charged one night per person accordingly. 

  • Inclusive Fees - Rates include a set of linen per bed & 2 towels per person. It is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as often as desired using the washing machine available for use on the property. Cleaning of the apartment is done prior the check in and after the checkout.

  • Falsified Reservations -  Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
